Since some of our team spend their free time wandering through the local nature, we decided that they shouldn't just keep it to themselves. And that's why you can be a part of our tourist days.  

 

When?  Any weekend during September and October!

During the weekends, we prepared beautiful autumn hikes.

We have prepared two variants: 

 

1. Chopok – Demänovské sedlo – Priehyba – Ostredok 

"ízy" We conceived this hike as a family one, not demanding and suitable even for slightly older children. 

We will of course take the cable car to Chopok and you will have this trip included in the price of your stay. After a few hundred idyllic photos, we will embark on an approximately 11 km walk. We will basically descend and enjoy the panoramas of the entire Demänovská Dolina. If you're lucky, you'll pet a "local" sheep at Priehyba and ask me the same questions I ask myself. In Funibara, you might even taste a drop of ginseng, and when it's not enough, we'll go to our hotel for the best cottage cheese dumplings you've ever eaten and a regular beer.

It is not suitable for people who have knee problems due to the descent. 

 

2. Ostredok – Priehyba – Pod Krúpová hoľa – Prašivá – Sedlo Javorie – Lúčky

A hike where you don't need a survival course from the Caucasus, but it will be much more difficult without fitness and having walked a few kilometers. Therefore, we chose one ascent in the first part, so that we could board some meters and deserve that beer afterwards. We will take exactly the route of the descent of the easy hike, i.e. through Priehyba, we will skip the sheep, to the mouth of the wide valley. From there, we finally sweat all the way to the Pod Krupová hoľou seat. Well, we'll be able to enjoy the world around us from Prašiva. This part is really full of romance. And especially when there is not a raging storm with hail in the surrounding areas. There is really nowhere to hide, but the terrain and the walk are worth it. We will fly below Tanečnica and continue to descend to Javorie saddle. Here it's either or. Either we have enough and Lúčky is a stone's throw away, or we go to Kraków hola and to the cave for a beer. But that's another story.
